Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
1. Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return/exchange process.
2. Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, when requesting a return.
4. Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the fault or damage. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within [number] business days.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they have been used or altered.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted and you are based in Pakistan, we'll organise shipping and will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and when will be pickup.
If your return is accepted and you are based outside of Pakistan, we will send you all the information and address of return location. We are sorry, but we do not offer free returns outside of Pakistan. The choice of the carrier used for this return is entirely free.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs outside of Pakistan. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
